Licence
Plain English, and it is the whole thing.
You may
- Cut, engrave, print and make things from the files, as many times as you like.
- Sell what you make. Physical products — signs, ornaments, jewellery, boxes — on your own site, at markets, on Etsy, anywhere.
- Resize, recolour and edit the vectors to suit your machine and material.
- Use them for one business, however many machines that business runs.
You may not
- Resell, share, bundle or give away the file itself, edited or not. The physical thing you make is yours to sell; the artwork is not.
- Upload the design to a print-on-demand or clipart marketplace as a digital product.
- Claim the artwork as your own original design, or register it as a trade mark.
- Include the files in a course, membership or template pack.
The rest
The licence is granted to the account that bought the design, does not expire, and cannot be transferred. Files stay downloadable from your account indefinitely, including after a design is retired from the shop.
Designs are supplied as-is. Test on scrap before committing an expensive material — settings vary wildly between machines.
If a file will not open, cut or engrave properly, get in touch with your order reference and we will fix it or refund it.
